Description: multiple errors after today's upgrade of xmonad; haskell-setlocale

Additional info:
* xmonad 0.12-11
* haskell-setlocale 1.0.0.4-1


Steps to reproduce:
xmonad --recompile comes with bunch of errors:

xmonad-contrib 0.12-9
This configuration works for me for over a year
If downgrade xmonad and haskell-setlocale, then no errors
But the need to downgrade both of these packages. Downgrade in any of these packages separately does not give results

After upgrade xmonad-contrib to version 0.12-10 errors no longer appear
