Description: With the latest versions of motion I could not start it. I always had a crash when I added my Foscam Net camera to the config. It turned down that I had to compile the package in the machine I was trying to run it. If I used the precompiled arch package it didn't run and I always had "Illegal instruction (core dumped)". I don't know what is wrong, because I didn't change any of the build options in PKGBUILD. Check also this thread https://github.com/Motion-Project/motion/issues/288 because at first I thought it was an upstream bug.

Additional info:
4.0.1 package version(s)

This might be fixed by switching to the CMake build system, as there are some known issues with the autotools system (upstream is planning to drop autotools in the future).

cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -Dsysconfdir=/etc .
make
make install

In the PKGBUILD should do it.

might want to specify your hardware. Illegal instruction usually means it's trying to use CPU features that your CPU doesn't have.

It stopped crashing on my machines after some time, can it be an issue with some of its deps?
