Description:
The systemd unit file qemu-ga.service starts the agent without condition. I have systems that boot on qemu and non-qemu hardware. Would be nice to have qemu-ga.service enabled without errors.

A patch adding a condition to systemd unit file is attached.

Additional info:
qemu-guest-agent 2.8.0-1

Steps to reproduce:

on non-qemu hardware:
pacman -S qemu-guest-agent
systemctl start qemu-ga.service

This will break with systemd v233:
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/5318
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/5f1c788ca963dbacbf09b165acd7b8563ddd34d9

We should change this to depend on the virtio serial port.
