Icons not being rendered correctly.

* config and/or log files etc.

Antergos x86_64 - GDM/GNOME.

Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade to stated version and all icons do not render/show as they should.

See screenshots.

VM shot is one with new librsvg installed.

Downgrade to 2.40 rectifies issue.

Unfortianaly, i can confirm this on clean archlinux. There a something wrong with librsvg from <testing>. Icons look strange and smaller in some cases. Installing librsvg from <extra> fix this issue.

librsvg 2.41.0-1 appears broken. I tried building it myself and almost all of the new tests added since the 2.40 release resulted in failure on my machine.
