A friend of mine has set up an Archlinux mirror and we would like it to be added to the pacman configuration files, if that's possible.
The parent directory is the following: http://gul.est.ips.pt/ftp/repos/archlinux/

By the way, the mirror is hosted on a University/Institute on a 10 Mbit line and is the only alternative to the current PT mirror.
It is very reliable and fast and updated on a daily basis at 04:30 GMT.
