Description:

Trying to start ceph-mon without the lsb-release package installed leads to various error messages:

[root@cephmon1 mon]# ceph-mon -f --id cephmon1 --setuser ceph --setgroup ceph
starting mon.cephmon1 rank 0 at 10.24.64.31:6789/0 mon_data /var/lib/ceph/mon/ceph-cephmon1 fsid xxx
sh: lsb_release: Kommando nicht gefunden.

No, it seems to start up fine, once it is configured correctly, so this is probably not too important.
