Description:
When running `pacman -Syu` (all other packages are up to date, including gdk-pixbuf2) I get the following message:

Also, I've been able to do a full system update without any conflicts between any packages and haven't installed any new packages for about a week.

Steps to reproduce:
* Update ALL other packages (previous lib32-gdk-pixbuf2 version is 22.36.0+2+ga7c869a-1)
* Run `pacman -Syu`
