FS#5234 - netcfg edited for better support of bcm43xx

DetailsOn my model of bcm43xx chipset (an airport extreme on an apple powerbook5,6, chipset 0x4306 rev 0x3 ), it doesn't connect to the the ap without scanning before. This is also the way recommanded for all bcm43xx chipset. So I edited the netcfg script to do it. Find attached the diff.
