Description:

Issue a default "rustup default 'stable-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu'" after installing rustup, otherwise, the user will have to do it manually.

For which user? This is not something the package can do.

You are right! I only understood it later. The toolchains are managed per-user, not globally.
