Details

Description:

I could not make unshare working with the option --map-root-user.
Even copying the exact same example from the manual, the executable return an Invalid argument.

I tried to copy the binary file to Ubuntu and it works perfectly.

Additional info:
* package version: util-linux 2.28.2-2
* Arch Linux kernel version 4.8.12-2-ARCH

Steps to reproduce:

> unshare --map-root-user whoami
unshare: unshare failed: Invalid argument

# By copying the unshare binary to an Ubuntu distro (kernel version 4.2)
> unshare --map-root-user whoami
root

You're trying to use user namespaces, a feature that is disabled in our kernel.
