TeXmacs PKGBUILD has a number of corrctness issues:
* it has no md5sums variable
* it uses custom variables without '_' prefix

BTW, the version maintained isn't the latest stable, it is just the latest (ergo, the development version). IFAIK ArchLinux maintains latest stable packages.

Current version is latest stable and has md5sums. Still has a custom variable without _ prefix (ownpkg) but it is not used anywhere in the package.

i think i should remove texmacs from extra. this would solve all this problems described here!

texmacs is my pkg since it is in the repos and i use sometimes vars that are not prefixed with _ and i'm very much aware that this is not the ideal. but the vars i use will not break anything. ownpkg is a var i am using since long time for names that are different-caps different-spelling different-whatever from the pkgname.

if i remember and like it at this time, i will change the var. ;)
