Description:
systemd-tmpfiles-create fails with configuration error.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
2.7.6-1, probably caused by a change upstream
* config and/or log files etc.
This one no longer works:
's/man\ root/root\ root/'

Instead, I recommend you to keep it with a patch so you're warned by an invalidated hunk.
