Description:

The remote storage target is run after the wicd service has shut down causing the unmounting of remote shares to hang infinitely.

I assume this has something to do with the systemd dependencies being broken.

Additional info:
* 1.7.4-1

Steps to reproduce:

- Mount a remote share (I only tried NFS, but I assume this would be the same for every remote FS mount).
- Shutdown the system normally.
- Notice how the wicd service is stopped, effectively shutting down the network (I assume).
- Notice the remote-fs.target attempting to unmount remote network shares but never succeeding forcing a physical shutdown of the system.
