Could the clang package please:
provide=('c-compiler') This would be similar to how the Java JDK packages are doing things. It would be useful in packages like rust and cargo to depend on 'c-compiler' instead of clang or gcc specifically. |

Using provides for this feels wrong; in the case of Java it makes
sense since they provide same-named binaries and are more-or-less
interchangeable.
