Details

After i updated to mozilla-firefox 1.5.0.6-1 Epiphany dosn't work. It starts but i can not do anything with it.

This is because you have still /opt/mozilla/lib/xulrunner-1.8.0.4 around, which contains a compreg.dat file in there which has been created because you've run xulrunner or epiphany as root. Firefox has nothing to do with this.

Remove the offended older versions of the xulrunner directory and all should be fine. As fix, I updated epiphany to 2.14.3, which is built against unversioned directories of xulrunner and works with the latest version of it.
