ati-fglrx-utils is missing the dependency, "libstdc++5".

It seems it was previously included in the package, but has recenly been removed. This may be the reason it has not been a problem of major concern since users who upgrade to the latest package would not notice, but users installing on a clean install would.

This affects the current ati-fglrx-utils 8.27.10-2 pacakge.
