Description:
libpsl was recently added to [core]. It requires libicu at compile time. The version in [core] was correctly compiled using icu 57.1 which is also in [core]. However, icu 58 is in [testing] and there seems to be no version of libpsl in [testing]. So for users of the [testing] repo, all packages using libpsl are broken. (wget-git and wget2-git from AUR)
