Description:
`systemd-analyze dot` produces a graphviz output
hence IMHO it's a good idea add it as optional dependency

Additional info:
* systemd-231-4

Steps to reproduce:
run `systemd-analyze dot`, see the final tip:
"
-- You probably want to process this output with graphviz' dot tool.
-- Try a shell pipeline like 'systemd-analyze dot | dot -Tsvg > systemd.svg'!
"

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  systemd already makes the suggestion of installing graphviz.

This could be appropriate as a package suggestion, but pkgbuilds don't have those.

Seems like systemd itself covers the "optdepend". We'd otherwise we adding this for something which is not directly needed for the program to run successfully. Consider other optdepends like polkit or cryptsetup where functionality is simply unavailable without being present.
