Description: Startup notification broken under wayland

While launching applications from the desktop shell, gnome-shell consider them as not started for 30 seconds (after the notification timeouts).
This does not happens under X11.

GTK is already fixed upstream but not mutter.
Could this temporary patch (available in that bug) be apply downstream until a better fix is worked out upstream?

Yes this bug is *very* annoying. I can't test the patch, but if it serves as workaround, let's follow Fedora and ship it until the Proper Fix(TM) arrives.
