Description:
On ATI Radeon 9600 Pro (RV350) enabling glamor hangs Xorg on Lightdm load, giving only a static underscore on top-left part of the screen.

glamor isn't meant to be enabled on so old GPU, you can't expect it to work.

Please report this upstream.

Is the Wiki wrong at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Radeon ?

Acceleration architecture; Glamor is available as 2D acceleration method implement through OpenGL, and it should work with graphic cards whose drivers are newer or equal to R300.
