Detailsunpaper does API calls into ffmpeg that have been deprecated in ffmpeg 3.x, causing undesired warnings.
This is especially annoying when using third party software that uses unpaper. In gscan2pdf for example, a warning dialog is shown for every single page unpaper'ed that has to be dismissed manually. This causes many needless mouse clicks by the user. Versions used: community/unpaper 6.1-3 extra/ffmpeg 1:3.2-2 Tested with: aur/gscan2pdf 1.5.5-1 Solution: Building unpaper against extra/ffmpeg2.8 resolves this issue. |
