The current version of biber (2.6-1) requires biblatex 3.6, but the current texlive-core (2016.42515-2) contains biblatex 3.4. Please update the biblatex package in texlive-core. Biber produces the following error messages because of this version mismatch of biblatex. INFO - This is Biber 2.6 INFO - Logfile is 'HR2D.blg' INFO - Reading 'HR2D.bcf' ERROR - Error: Found biblatex control file version 3.1, expected version 3.2.
