Description:
collectd package is missing nut plugin (network-ups-tools).
This may be due to the fact that network-ups-tools is only on AUR.

Considering network-ups-tools is the de-facto standard for UPS management, this plugin should probably be included.

Steps to reproduce:
Install collectd and check for /usr/lib/collectd/nut.so
