Details

The Arch stock kernel has no ULOG target support(either as module or built-in).

Since the ulogd daemon is part of extra, one would expect to be able to load the ULOG modules...

what switches do you need?

Well, actually I'd need the CONFIG_IP_NF_TARGET_ULOG option enabled

It's in Networking ==> Networking options ==> Network paquet filtering ==> IP: Netfilter configuration ==> ULOG target support

I know it is now considered to be an obsolete option, soon to be replaced by the new nf_netlink stuff.

Yet, there are no *known stable* other userspace tools which provide ulogd features(AFAIK). And since ulogd is already part of extra, it would be nice
if the stock kernel had support for it, as a module.
