About tier 1: We have a lot of tier 1 mirrors in Germany already. I'm sorry, but we don't need any more at this time.

there's always that one guy who thinks ssl is bad for your health so sure, and aight if there are is any space available in the 6-9 months time period i'll probably still be interested

We have already enough tier 1 mirrors in Germany and most of them have been there for many years. I'm pretty sure they won't go away an time soon so I'll close this report. Sorry.
