Description: unrealircd 4.0.8 is missing dependenices


Additional info:
* unrealircd 4.0.8

Steps to reproduce:
After upgrade from unrealircd 4.0.7 to unrealircd 4.0.8, unrealircd is not able to start due to missing libraries.

The following packages are missing from dependencies (new dependencies since 4.0.8):

tre
pcre2
