Details
Description: Cuneiform (as of 1.1.0-14) cannot recognize
Russian (and, may be, other languages) - just that for it
was done (as you know, cuneiform is formely Russian software
for Windows ported to other platforms). Temporary solution
is changing binary to that from Ubuntu.
Additional info: * package version(s) 1.1.0-14 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: just call cuneiform -f rtf -l rus 0003.png Result will be a file with non-alpha symbols. Format may be any of supported. |

Cannot reproduce it. Output looks good, see attachment.
Of course. It was occasionously fixed in one or two months after
submission. I thought someone to fix it, but seems that it wasn't
closed.
