When the RTC is set to local Time Zone, timedatectl should displays the warning message "If at all possible, use <b>RTC in UTC</b> by calling 'timedatectl set-local-rtc 0'." instead of If at all possible, use <b>UTC in RTC</b> by calling 'timedatectl set-local-rtc 0'.
