Description: add online account fails for ownCloud.

* gnome-control-center - 3.22.1-1
* gnome-online-accounts 3.22.1-1
* gvfs-goa : 1.30.1.1-1

Steps to reproduce:

1) open online accounts panel
2) new account : ownCloud. fill in url, username, password

Result : the online account is added & credentials are said to have "expired". So online-account does not work.
Attached file : gnome-online-accounts --verbose online-accounts , above steps. (I only amended the log to hide username in the soup Authorization row).

This is surely a missing dependency but i have no clue. For example gnome-keyring is installed, version 1:3.20.0+16+gbf8aa97-1
This task depends upon
