Description:
In  FS#51728 , Felix Yan added a patch that fixed flake8 with pycodestyle compatibility. However, the patch is incorrect. For example, it can't detect the newly added E305:

$ cat test.py
def foo():
pass

foo()
$ flake8 test.py
$

Upstream has a patch for it https://gitlab.com/pycqa/flake8/commit/6595d3a08dedec4ff07683bf2c8f5aca2637fc5f. Please apply that instead.
