Since upgrade to kernel 4.8.3-1-ARCH and onwards, the wineserver binary gets stuck at full load immediately for certain applications and thus, the application does not start. Downgrading to kernel 4.8.2-1-ARCH or downwards temporarily solves the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Execute Altium Designer setup in a new wineprefix
https://s3.amazonaws.com/altium-release-manager/Altium_Designer_16/AltiumDesignerSetup_16_1_12.exe

What was also tested:
Wine versions 1.9.19 till 1.9.22 with kernel 4.8.2-1-ARCH -> successful
Wine versions 1.9.19 till 1.9.22 with kernel 4.8.3-1-ARCH -> unsuccessful
Manual build of Wine 1.9.22 with kernel 4.8.3-1-ARCH -> unsuccessful

The issue is relevant only when running Delphi programs within Wine.
