cfitsio 3.390-2 update tries to install file /usr/bin/smem which already belongs to secure-delete 3.1.6 on my system.

Reproduction : Install secure-delete 3.1.6 the try to perform this update :

extra/cfitsio 3.390-1 1 -> 2

Generally this would be a won't fix, AUR packages are not supported. In this case though it also conflicts with a community package, so it will be fixed in  FS#51679
