IntellijIDEA fails to open a file when invoked from the commandline and when the filepath is relative. Additional info: * package version(s): 2:2016.2.4-1 * it looks like the issue is in the /usr/bin/idea.sh file; the script should not change the current directory, replacing this script with a symbolic link to /usr/share/intellijidea-ce/bin/idea.sh fixes the issue. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a dummy file to open: > Test.java 2. Try to open it from the commandline: idea.sh Test.java A "Cannot find file" popup window appears. |
