Detailsk3bsetup is simply a shell script that calls kdesu to run k3bsetup2, however k3bsetup2 does not exist and is no where even in the package.

I see some typing issue in the k3bsetup program, sometimes refer it as k3bsetup2, sometimes as k3bsetup. But the bug reporter should check if it has xorg-auth package installed, and if not, test the problem again after installing it.
If this is the issue (as was my case), then I suggest a standalone package with k3bsetup having xorg-auth as a dependency, or adding the dependency to k3b package.
