Details

4.8.5 in [testing] fails to boot when using LVM on LUKS. It does not show the prompt for the password to unlock the LUKS volume and just shows that's it's waiting for 3 jobs to complete related to the encrypted volume.

I also see the same issue on linux-mainline rc1 and rc2, so I'm thinking it could be some change that got backported.

I'm not sure what changed but I can't seem to replicate this anymore. linux-mainline rc2 doesn't work but somehow linux-zen is working now... Let's close this since it seems to be working.
