Description:
When using the mic in CS:GO, despite whatever setting is set in Steam, it will always try to record audio from the analog stereo input, even if it's not set as the default. The recording stream can't be changed through pavucontrol. This bug ONLY occurs when launching Steam via steam-native, not steam.

Additional info:
* Tested on steam-native-runtime 1.0.0.52-8 with the latest version of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a USB microphone.
2. Set it as the default in pavucontrol
3. Launch steam-native
4. Set it as the default in Steam
5. Start a bot game in CS:GO then type "voice_loopback 1" and "+voicerecord" in console
6. Exit
7. Launch steam
8. Start a bot game in CS:GO then type "voice_loopback 1" and "+voicerecord" in console
