same problem here, cannot downgrade lib32-qt4 to 4.8.7-4: receiving the message

cannot resolve "lib32-sqlite3", a dependency of "lib32-qt4"

Solved for the moment by downgrading all packages to the official repository snapshot of 2016-10-24.

this problem had already been reported in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32653, solved with a fix to lib32-qt-4.8.3-2 in 2012, now it's here again.
