Gnome on Wayland, I assume? Have you tried it on X?

I didn't realise that with Gnome 3.22, Wayland had become the default. I had logged in the regular Gnome session (which seems to be running on Wayland). I tried synapse on Gnome on Xorg and it works.

I'm able to launch Synapse with GNOME 3.26.2 with Wayland without crash, but it fails to register keyboard shortcuts. Proper Wayland support should be implemented by upstream.
