Summary and Info:
When package linux / kernel is updated, the mkinitcpio image is only rebuilt before the dkms builds for kernel modules are run, so if one use for example zfs root file system, the zfs module is not included in the mkinitcpio image and rebooting fails because filesystem module is not available.

Update package linux with pacman.
