Yes, it is. HELLOTUX donates to Arch $2 from the price of each shirt.

Which is not even 10% of the cheapest item. You also did not inquiry us for trademark usage – instead you took our logo and started selling things with it. It's not how authorization works.

I'm sorry if I didn't understand something.
I asked for using the trademark on 28-07-2016 at trademarks@al.o, and Aaron Griffin wrote that it's OK.

Gabor asked for and received permission in July 2016.

We historically have not had any issues with t-shirt or apparel shops using our logo, but most certainly would not be gatekeeping by requiring any specific percentage donated.
