Details

Description: Qt5 is not found automatically in qtcreator. It seems like there has been a directory move of the qt5-base files as qtcreator is looking for /usr/lib/qt/bin/qmake but it's at /usr/bin/qmake and therefore opening any project fails (rendering qtcreator useless unless the workaround is applied).

Workaround: manually add a new configuration and select the /usr/bin/qmake file.

Additional info:
Qt packages:
qt5-base 5.7.0-3
qt5-declarative 5.7.0-3
qt5-graphicaleffects 5.7.0-1
qt5-location 5.7.0-1
qt5-multimedia 5.7.0-1
qt5-quick1 5.7.0-2
qt5-quickcontrols 5.7.0-1
qt5-quickcontrols2 5.7.0-1
qt5-script 5.7.0-1
qt5-sensors 5.7.0-1
qt5-serialport 5.7.0-1
qt5-svg 5.7.0-1
qt5-tools 5.7.0-2
qt5-translations 5.7.0-1
qt5-wayland 5.7.0-3
qt5-webchannel 5.7.0-1
qt5-webkit 5.7.0-1
qt5-x11extras 5.7.0-1
qt5-xmlpatterns 5.7.0-2
qtcreator 4.1.0-3
qtwebkit 2.3.4-4

Steps to reproduce:
Open qtcreator, attempt to open a Qt project. No files will be loaded and the error log will show 'Could not find qmake configuration file'

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Doesn't appear to be a packaging since this works after deleting the local config.

Hey Felix, any ideas?

Works fine for me after removing qtcreator config files, so I think it's just a matter of reconfiguring it.
