Use vlc to play a video, vlc would eat all my memory, and caused the system to hang up (sometimes crash) finally Additional info: * package version(s) $ vlc --version VLC media player 2.2.4 Weatherwax (revision 2.2.3-37-g888b7e89) VLC version 2.2.4 Weatherwax (2.2.3-37-g888b7e89) Compiled by builduser on (Sep 29 2016 21:43:59) Compiler: gcc version 6.2.1 20160830 (GCC) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Use vlc to play any video Upstream: https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/17293 There is already a patch http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc.git;a=commit;h=66dc09662ae33d44c21a5159885afdcaabb0cbb0 But it seams that 3.0 won't be released soon |
