Description:

nemo 3.0.6 doesn't refresh the desktop screen before redrawing, any redraw is blended with the old screen resulting in a mess


Additional info:
* 3.0.6
* no config needed


Steps to reproduce:

start nemo and drag a rectangle on the desktop screen.

Applying the following bugfix:

https://github.com/linuxmint/nemo/commit/f20ec9beee2a3592e723f5140664e2137ab5a7be

solves the problem.
