Details

Description: Building of newly created C project fails if autoconf-archive is not installed.
The autoconf fails to resolve the macro `AX_GENERATE_CHANGELOG' without the additional autoconf macros installed.

Steps to reproduce:
Uninstall autoconf-archive, set up a C project with gnome-builder, try to compile it.
