Description:
plasma-workspace install a .desktop file in /etc/xdg/autostart which contains NotShowIn=KDE; whereas old version contained OnlyShowIn=KDE; and is the reason klipper is started in gnome.
I don’t think that’s correct.

This is already fixed in plasma-workspace 5.7.95, in the KDE-Unstable repo.
