Console utility openconnect has a jubiper mode (http://www.infradead.org/openconnect/juniper.html).
Can you please add this functionality to the networkmanager-openconnect package.

This looks very old and stale. AFAICT, Juniper SSL VPN (now known as Pulse Connect Secure) is supported these days. More details in the Wiki [1]
