DetailsIt is common for me that pacman or makepkg just stall around 99% of a package, especially if its a huge file like a kernel. So, today I had this:
kernel26-2.6.17.7-1 [################################################################################################################################################ ] 99% 18040K 60.3K/s 00:00:01 and it didn't change. After bailing out using CTRL-C and re-starting pacman, it downloaded the last byte fine and went on installing. |

This task can be closed. After elaboration I have found out, that a rare bug in my router was the reason for this connection-drops. Sorry for that.
