It would break anything from KISS build that's left. Upstream has something similar so you can install stable and devel versions along each other. But afaik not for -still and stable.
What's the reason to have them installed both at once? You can pretty quick uninstall one and install the other version if you have a bug or want
to check compatibility.
So going to close this one "won't implement".
