could you please look what packages own the conflicting files ?
pacman -Qo 'file'

# pacman -Qo /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Foomatic/DB.pm
No package owns /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Foomatic/DB.pm

# pacman -Qo /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Foomatic/Defaults.pm
No package owns /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Foomatic/Defaults.pm

It gives the same result for the other files too.

well then you probably compiled something on your own, try:
pacman -Suf foomatic-db-enigne

this will force it for you ;)

Actually i haven't compiled anything by myself. I have quite fresh Arch install and i have installed everything using pacman. This is first time i get problems.

I managed to install this package, but first i had to uninstall foomatic-dp-ppd, foomatic-db and old foomatic-db-engine packages with pacman -R. After that i was able to install these same packages without problems.
