Details

Description:
One of the new features in Firefox 49 was the narrator-function which reads the web page in reader mode. But the button is missing in archlinux.

Steps to reproduce:
- install espeak (needed for narration)
- open firefox
- open a website in the reader view, e.g. wikipedia
- search narrate-button in the left side bar ;-)

Wfm <https://ptpb.pw/zjGm.png>. Initially there was an issue where its speech-dispatcher streams would cause a ton of static, but not having that issue now..

Seems that issue only occurs over my HDMI-audio output.

Edit: More finicky than this.
Edit2: There is a considerable amount of "noise" when first starting narration with this output, but that goes away.
